Terms and Conditions

 * Cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in. 

* Credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.

"We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card."

* A booking is confirmed when payment is received.

* Smoking: No smoking is allowed inside the building. Only use designated smoking areas, and away from open doors or windows to avoid the smoke coming inside the building.

* Parties/Events: Parties are not allowed. Smaller day events (between 08h00 and 17h00) can be allowed on pre-approval, and on condition that the booking is for the entire place and a damage deposit has been paid. The T&Cs for hosting such allowed events will be provided at the time of booking.

* Quiet hours: No noise whatsoever from 21h00 to 07h00

* Check-in time: Earliest 2:00 PM, unless pre-arranged and agreed otherwise.

* Checkout time: Latest 10:00 AM, unless pre-arranged and agreed otherwise.

* Pets: Pets are not allowed.
