Yes, you can book all the four rooms but you will not be alone. We have a resident housekeeper who looks after the place.

Yes, you can. However, in addition to all the other requirements and checks, a damage deposit will be required.

The cost is dependent on your dates, day of the week or season. You will need to check the pricing for your dates on the booking site. You can either select the rooms individually or choose the Special Package option.

Not at the moment. All rooms share 2 bathrooms between them. Plans are under way to add en-suite bathrooms to each room one at a time.

In total we can accommodate up to 10 guests maximum.

The earliest check-in time is 14:00 and the latest time to checkout is 10:00.

Yes, you can but only limited amounts. Alcoholic beverages should be consumed in moderation, if at all, in consideration of other guests.

Not inside the building but you can smoke outside in designated areas, and away from open doors or windows to avoid the smoke coming back inside the building.

Yes, you can play soft music, which should not be a nuisance to other guests and should not be audible to them whatsoever after 21:00.

Any booking done on our Nightsbridge site is a direct booking. This is the preferred method. However, you can also book over the phone, by WhatsApp or by email. Email booking requests are often popular with corporates.

No parties are allowed but small events such as a training workshops and any such events can be hosted during the day between 8:00 and 17:00 subject to pre-approval, and on condition that the host has booked the entire place and has paid a damage deposit.

No, unfortunately not. However, e-hailing services such as Uber, Bolt SA, In Driver, etc. are available in the area.

Six months. We only offer short-term rentals.

Yes, we do have a credit card facility on site.

No, there is only one garage/carport for a normal-sized vehicle. However, we do have off-street parking for 3 more normal-sized vehicles.

Unfortunately, not. The closest you can get public transport (a bus or taxi) is 800 metres away (11 minutes’ walk), at the corner of Bester Road and Peter Barlow Drive. They are not frequent and this can thus be a very long wait. You are better off with Uber.

No, unfortunately not. Given that most of the facilities are currently shared, only booked staying guests are allowed on to the property.
